The room was not cleaned well. Found a cup on floor next to bed and it did not look vacuumed. Also kids went to swim and there were no towels stocked.

The staff here are very polite and welcoming, the location is convenient for airport shuttle services, Fiserv Forum, and Wisconsin Center, and the restaurant/bar is great.

breakfast was great! Never stayed where breakfast was ordered from menu in a restaurant like setting instead of a tedious buffet. Shelley the waitress was wonderful, and the cook absolutely outdid him/herself!!

Big rooms, VERY comfortable, quiet beds, a screen on the window (could turn off the air conditioner and get clean air from outside)
It'd be nice to clarify that breakfast is actually a sit down restaurant and that you can pay -- ahead of time -- for a $10.00 coupon. This does not cover gratuity.

The rooms were bright and breakfast was included, the staff were knowledgeable and respectful as well, the location was convenient being close to bars and restaurants - making it a perfect stay during my vacation.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had fresh baked cookies available! Maria and Sam at the desk were amazing!!!

Location is good
Water pressure from shower is not comfortable. Basic toileteries (shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrus) only provided upon request. Why does it not readily available in the room?
